Quiet, clean, nice space in room, fireplace in lobby, and late checkout.

Room was clean, but there was still dust around the bed's floor area. Found a lighter on the ground that was not mine.

Dirty room.

The room was dirty, hair in the shower, coffee grounds stuck to the inside of the coffee maker and a chunk of food on the heater.

My only complaint was the cleanliness of the bedsheets and utilities at restaurant.

Convenient access.

The internet is terrible slow. I have stayed at other Courtyard Marriott's that use the iBahn system and it is the same in those places. Unacceptable.

Making the internet speed up to an acceptable level for doing work is a must if this hotel expects to keep business travels coming.
